The effects of treatment will be most beneficial if you take a quiet break of around 15 minutes following the chiropractic session. Please refrain from any sporting activities immediately after the session.

In general, you should stay sufficiently mobile, drink at least 1.5 litres of water every day and be aware of your posture, particularly if you spend a lot of time at a desk.
